Manage your subscription
Cancel, change the card, download invoices, or switch Pro from monthly to yearly. There is no account to sign in to: Paddle, which sells the licence, knows you by the email address you bought with, and everything here starts from that address.

Paddle's customer portal is where you cancel a subscription, change the payment method, update the billing details on your invoices and download every receipt and invoice.
Switch Pro from monthly to yearly
Enter the email address you bought with. If it has an active monthly Pro subscription, we email you a link; the page behind it shows exactly what Paddle will charge, and nothing changes until you confirm.
What cancelling does
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: the key keeps working until then and nothing more is charged. Afterwards a Pro key stops converting, and Visual Edit Pro keeps running on your site with its Pro features off, without downloads or updates. Every theme you converted stays yours.
Cancelling is not a refund
The unused part of a period is not paid back. A refund is a separate thing, within 14 days of a payment and while the key is unused; the refund policy has the detail.
Switching plan
Monthly to yearly applies at once and keeps the same key. You pay the yearly price minus what is left of your month, charged to the card on the subscription with no checkout to fill in, and the year runs from the day you switch; it is not added on top of the month. The confirmation page shows the exact amount before you agree, and the beta discount does not apply to a switch.
Yearly to monthly is not a switch you make here: the year you paid for runs to its end. Write to us before it renews and the renewal becomes monthly, with the same key.
Changed your mind?
Until the paid period ends, a cancelled subscription can be resumed: write to us. Once it has ended, buying again starts a new subscription with a new key.
