Write to us and a person answers
This form is for the things a checkout cannot settle. That means a non-profit, which usually gets a licence at no charge, a custom or volume deal, a question about an invoice, or anything you want to ask before you buy. A person reads every message and answers it. But you do not need the form to buy a plan: the pricing page takes you straight to the Paddle checkout.
Buying a plan
First choose a plan on the pricing page, then pay for it at the Paddle checkout. The licence key arrives by email automatically once the payment goes through, with the one command that installs it. Nobody has to approve it.
Non-profits, schools and open source
Non-profits, schools and open source projects usually get an html2wp licence at no charge. In your message, describe what you do and what you need html2wp for. Also put your website address in the Website or organisation field. Ask rather than assume you qualify. A non-profit can also run a business activity, so the definition in the licence may cover it. We decide whether an organisation meets the conditions.
Custom deals and invoices
Use this form for a custom deal when you want to use html2wp in a way the licence does not cover. Invoices come from Paddle, which sells Pro as our reseller and Merchant of Record, meaning the official seller. So Paddle takes the payment for us, charges VAT for your country and sends the invoice. You change your billing details and download invoices in the Paddle customer portal, and the subscription management page shows how to get there.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount, as long as the key has not been used yet. The details, and how to ask for a refund, are on the refunds page.
Already bought?
We send keys from hello@html2wp.dev to the email address you entered at the Paddle checkout. If nothing has arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first and then write to us with the order number.
